Vendor Agreement

This Vendor Agreement applies to all businesses and sellers (“Vendors”) using Arabia List, owned and operated by Tetabea Information Technology Est.

1. Purpose

Arabia List provides a platform for vendors to showcase their business, products, and services to potential customers in Saudi Arabia and other regions. By registering as a vendor, you agree to this agreement.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors agree to:

• Provide accurate business and product information
• Keep listings updated at all times
• Ensure all services and products are legal in Saudi Arabia
• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Maintain valid business licenses (if applicable)

3. Content Responsibility

Vendors are fully responsible for:

• Images, descriptions, and pricing
• Claims about products or services
• Accuracy of all published information

Arabia List is not responsible for vendor content.

4. Prohibited Activities

Vendors must not:

• Post illegal or restricted products/services
• Provide fake or misleading information
• Engage in fraud or deceptive practices
• Spam customers or misuse the platform
• Attempt to manipulate rankings or visibility

5. Fees and Payments

Some vendor features may require payment.

• All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed
• Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of services

6. Suspension and Removal

Arabia List may suspend or remove any vendor account if:

• This agreement is violated
• Fraud or misuse is detected
• Legal compliance issues arise
• Platform integrity is at risk

7. No Partnership

This agreement does not create any partnership, agency, or employment relationship between vendors and Arabia List.

8. Changes to Agreement

We may update this Vendor Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of changes.
